The term of the offer is for the 30 day following its purchase and/or receipt which ever is later. The TVA product and accessories must be returned within the 30 day following the date of purchase or receipt, which ever is later, and be in its original condition, including the packing and literature. There is a replacement fee for any used consumable items (i.e. ear cushions, ear buds from headphones, etc.). Shipping charges will not be refunded.
